Collection & Delivery

The Custom Crumb Bakery is based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

Collection

Orders can be collected at a pre-arranged date and time. Collection details will be confirmed with you before your order is due.

Please arrive as close to your agreed collection time as possible. Once collected, cakes and other products should be transported and stored according to the care instructions provided.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge depending on location. Any delivery charge will be agreed before your order is confirmed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

Postal Orders

Where postal delivery is available for selected products, estimated delivery times will be shown or confirmed when ordering. Celebration cakes are not available for postal delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact The Custom Crumb Bakery as soon as possible with photographs so that we can help resolve the issue.

Please note that delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
